These terms explain how booking and using Velmora's home and hotel massage service in Kuala Lumpur works. By booking with us, you agree to them. Please read them before your first session.

Velmora is a strictly therapeutic, outcall-only massage service. We confirm your treatment, transport and total price on WhatsApp before we arrive, and you pay after your session. The full detail is in the clauses below.

1. Agreement to these terms+
By booking a session through WhatsApp, phone or this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Professional Standards.
2. Our service+
Velmora provides professional, strictly therapeutic massage delivered to your home, hotel or serviced residence across Kuala Lumpur. We are an outcall-only service and do not operate a physical spa for walk-ins.
3. Eligibility+
You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. By booking, you confirm you are of legal age and able to enter into this agreement.
4. Bookings & confirmation+
A booking is only confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp with your therapist, time and total price. Please share your correct address or hotel room, preferred treatment and time. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
5. Pricing, transport & payment+
Treatment prices start from the rates shown on our treatments page. A transport fee based on your location is added and confirmed before your session. The total we quote and you accept is the final price. Payment is made after your session by cash, bank transfer (DuitNow) or Touch 'n Go eWallet. No deposit is required.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows+
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least one hour's notice. If the therapist arrives and cannot be let in, or the booking is cancelled after they have set out, a transport or late-cancellation charge may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
7. Code of conduct+
Our service is strictly non-erotic. Any inappropriate behaviour, suggestive remarks or requests for non-therapeutic services will end the session immediately, the full fee remains payable, and the client may be permanently blocked. See our Professional Standards page for full detail.
8. Health disclosure & your responsibility+
You agree to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or skin conditions before your session so the treatment can be adapted safely. Massage is for relaxation and general wellbeing and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for providing a safe, private space for the session.
9. Liability+
We take all reasonable care to deliver a safe, professional service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velmora is not liable for any aggravation of a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed, or for indirect or incidental loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
10. Website content+
All content on this website — text, branding, images and design — belongs to Velmora or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Changes to these terms+
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and your continued use of our service means you accept any changes.
12. Governing law & contact+
