We treat all of it with complete confidentiality. Velmora does not sell marketing data, we do not share client lists with third parties, and everyone involved in your booking is required to keep your identity and location strictly private — it's a core part of our professional standards.

When you book via WhatsApp or phone, we collect the details needed to provide the service: your name, contact number, service address (or hotel room), preferred treatment and time, and any health conditions, injuries or pregnancy you choose to disclose so we can adapt the massage safely.

Your data is used only to: send a therapist to the correct location, communicate about your appointment, process payment, and tailor your pressure and technique to your disclosed needs. We do not use it for anything else without your consent.

This website uses cookies and privacy-friendly analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
4. Data sharing & third parties+

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Messages sent through WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted by the platform. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we limit who can access your details to only those who need them.

Any injuries, physical conditions or pregnancy you disclose are treated as sensitive health information and used solely to adapt your session for your safety and comfort. We never share it beyond your assigned therapist.
7. Data retention & your rights (PDPA)+
We keep your booking details only as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
